Come in we’re rolling: Kashmir’s popular food joint rebrands itself as Parsa’s

Srinagar: After introducing Kathi Rolls in Kashmir, today Parsa Foods & Beverages Private Limited launched its very own food brand Parsa’s, at Srinagar’s shopping hub Sarah City Center.

Javid Parsa has been in the news for using social media for business. Popularly known as ‘Selfie Parsa’, Parsa has managed to create a women and youngster friendly space. His use of selfies and social media has put him on the road to achieving a world record for the ‘most number of selfies, with different people, at one place’ which is his food joint.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by Mushtaq Ahmad Chaya, Chairman J&K Hoteliers Club, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, President FCIK, Abdul Wahid Malik, President Kashmir Hotels and Restaurant Owners Federation (KHAROF), Muhammad Yaseen Khan, Chairman Kashmir Economic Alliance, Mustaq Wani, Ex-President KCCI, Zareef Ahmad Zareef, writer and poet, and various artists, journalists, academicians, doctors and students from across Kashmir.

Parsa Foods, known because of its brand ambassador Javid Parsa, is a popular place for social gatherings varying from Book launches, Poetry Recitals, Music and documentary releases, Social Campaigns, Start-Up events in past three years. Parsa foods have also been running first of its kind Public Library at sarah city center for past two years.
