The Indian Army on Saturday said that said that an infiltration bid was foiled along the Line of Control (LoC) in which four militants were killed.
The operation was launched in the border area of Tanghdar, around 120 km from Srinagar. Four militants were killed while attempting to infiltrate early morning today, said a defence spokesperson.
The killings took place a day after Army Chief General Bipin Rawat called upon Pakistan to stop infiltration to establish peace along border.
