Srinagar: Chairman of the Hurriyat (M) Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that the way Kashmiris united against the assault against Article 35-A, a joint agitation has to be launched against the continuous and barbaric killings of the youth in the name of cordon and search operations.
In a tweet, Mirwaiz while saying that belief of the people in the struggle is the greatest source of strength for all, one thing that can unnerve the adversary is strength in unity.

Earlier, while trying to march towards Lal Chowk to participate in the march call given by the Joint Resistance Leadership, Mirwaiz was detained by the police.
