Bridging the gap: Providing aspiring cricketers much needed facilities

Cricket in Kashmir is a loved sport, but lack of proper facilities, training centres and guidance has contributed to the fact that the region has produced very few names that made it big.

To bridge the gap, a team of young dedicated professionals is training aspiring cricketers. Started in October 2017, at Nagbal Ganderbal, this academy is providing shelter to budding and talented cricketers for routine practice sessions.

Haroon Rashid and his team has players as young as 7 years old practising with tips being provided by Ranji Players.
