Srinagar: Two Militants associated with the Hizbul Mujahideen have been killed while three army men have sustained injuries in the ongoing gunfight in Gulshanpora area of Tral on Thursday.
Reports said that clashes have intensified across the Tral belt following the gunfight. Reports said that the clashes are going on around the gunfight site as well as at other places in the township.
Reports also added that more than a dozen youth have suffered injuries in clashes.
Earlier, a gunfight broke out after the forces launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Gulshanpora area of Tral. Authorities had snapped the mobile internet services in Tral and Awantipora areas of the south Kashmir district.
