Srinagar: The Business community of Kashmir has called for a shutdown on Tuesday against the Government of India’s ban on Jama’at-e-Islami and the recent amendments in the 1945 Constitution order.
Addressing a joint press conference of KEA, FCIK, Kashmir Transporters and KTMF in a local hotel in Srinagar, Chairman of the KEA, Mohammad Yaseen Khan said that the Kahsmir valley will observe a shutdown against these nefarious decisions of the government.
He condemned the ban on Jama’at-e-Islami and termed it political vengeance.
