Srinagar: Reacting to the the news of President of the United States of America (USA), Donald Trump has offered to mediate the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan, Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah has asked if India is going to call Donald Trump a liar.

Omar Abdullah wrote on twitter, “personally I think Donald Trump is talking out of his hat when he says Prime Minister’s office asked for US involvement in solving the Kashmir issue but I’d like to see Ministry of External Affairs call Trump out on his claim.”

Trump has offered to mediate the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan, Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported.
The news agency also quoted the US President as saying that “Pakistan is helping a lot now” on Afghanistan.

Trump has made these comments in the backdrop of Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan’s visit to the USA.
Over 30,000 people had gathered to welcome Imran Khan in the USA, in what was called the ‘largest gathering of Pakistani-Americans’.
