Pulwama: A military operation has begun against militants in Dadoora are of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
Official sources said that a joint team of Police, army’s 55 RR and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
They said that as the joint teams of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them triggering an operation.
Sources added that firing between the armed forces personnel and militants is going on.
