Pampore: A military operation was started against militants by armed forces in Meej area of Pampore in South Kashmir this evening.
An official said that a military operation was started against militants by armed forces in meej pampore are of Pulwama District.
He said a joint team of Army’s 50 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in the area.
He said search operation turned into gunfight after hidding militants fired upon them.
