Srinagar: At least three employees of Sher-i-Kashmir University of Agriculture Science and Technology (SKAUST) were injured on Tuesday after a mysterious blast took place in varsity’s Shalimar campus, officials said.
They said that three persons were injured in a blast and subsequently given proper treatment at Shalimar campus. “We are confirming the nature of the blast; however, three persons were injured in the incident,” said an official.
The trio, working in the Registration Section of the university, was given medical aid for the minor injuries, the concerned Station House Officer told a local news agency GNS. “There was some kind of blast in the Xerox machine as a result of which three persons suffered very minor injuries,” the SHO added.
