Srinagar: Two unidentified militants have been killed in a military operation in Srinagar, police said on Monday.

Police officials said that two unidentified militants have been killed in the operation in Rangret area of Srinagar. However, the identification of the slain is yet to be ascertained.
They said that the operation started after a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
