New Delhi: A court of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday convicted Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik a week after he pleaded guilty in a case related to alleged “militancy and secessionist activities” in the Kashmir Valley.
The court also sought an affidavit from Yasin Malik regarding his financial assessment and asked NIA to submit a report related to his financial assessment. Argument on sentence to take place on the next date of hearing, on 25th May.
