Srinagar: The Enforcement Directorate has served a notice on the Member Parliament and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah in connection with a case.
“ED summons to JKNC President Dr Farooq Abdullah: Nothing new, this is common for all opposition parties in India. He has continued to maintain his innocence in the matter and has cooperated with the investigative agencies and will do so in this case as well,” JKNC tweeted.
Earlier, in October 2020, Farooq Abdullah, Member of Parliament from central Kashmir and President National Conference was summoned twice by the financial probing agency in the alleged Cricket Association scam.
