Srinagar: Eminent Kashmiri author and public figure Syed Noor-ul-Hassan Rufai passed away in Srinagar after a brief illness. Rufai retired as Principal Chief Conservator.
He was 92 and was struggling with illnesses since some days, after which he was taken to SKIMS Soura for treatment where he breathed his last.
As per the family nimaaz-e-jinaaza will be held at 2 pm post zuhr prayers at their family graveyard in Baghat.
