Srinagar: A civilian was injured in an ongoing military operation against in Bomai area of north Kashmir’s Sopore on Wednesday evening, police said.
A top police officer told Global News Service that a civilian namely Ali Mohd Ganai, son of Abdul Ahad Ganai, a resident of Bomai received a bullet wound in his leg during the operation in Bomai.
He has been shifted to Srinagar hospital for advanced treatment, his condition is stated to be stable, the officer added.
