Admin constitutes committee to examine transfer related issues of reserved category employees

Principal Secretary higher education department to be chairman of panel

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir administration has re-constituted a committee to examine the transfer related issues of reserved category employees of Jammu division, appointed in Kashmir division.

“In supersession of Government of Government Order No 870 JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 25,07,2022, sanction is hereby accorded to the re constitution of committee, comprising the following, to examine various aspects of transfer policy for reserved category employees,” reads an official order.

As per the order, Principal Secretary to the administration, Higher Education Department will be Chairman of the committee while Commissioner/Secretary to the administration, Social Welfare Department, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs and Representative of ARI and Trainings Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary will be members of the committee.

“The Committee shall examine all transfer related issues of these employees and policy thereof, besides other resultant aspects of cadre management and shall submit its report to the Government in a time bound manner,” the order further adds.
