Jammu: Four unidentified militants were killed in a military operation in Sidra area of Jammu district on Wednesday morning, officials said.
Talking to reporters, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh said that 7 AK-47 rifles, 3 pistols and other ammunition was recovered from the slain militants, adding the identity of those killed is being ascertained.
“Four militants have been killed in the operation in Sidhra area in Jammu. 7 AK-47 rifles, 3 pistols along with other ammunition were recovered. The truck driver is yet to be identified, the truck was on way to Srinagar from Jammu. Search still on,” said ADGP Singh.
