Kulgam: Flash flood triggered by a cloudburst created panic in some villages of Devsar in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.
An official said that a cloudburst occurred in the upper reaches of Lammar-Hallan area in Devsar today afternoon.
“Soon after the cloudburst, there was a sudden downflow of water, creating panic in the area,” he said.
