Jammu: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to hold a rally at the Sports Stadium in Kathua on Wednesday, April 10. Following Adityanath’s rally in Kathua, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is scheduled to address an election rally at Modi Stadium in Udhampur on April 12.

Adityanath, who enjoys Z+ security, is a prominent campaigner for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and oversees a state with eighty Lok Sabha seats.

Devender Manyal, BJP General Secretary and former minister in the BJP-PDP government, confirmed the selection of the Sports Stadium in Kathua as the venue for Adityanath’s rally. This event will kick off the BJP’s Lok Sabha campaign in Jammu and Kashmir.

Ravinder Raina, President of the J&K unit of BJP, anticipates a historic rally at Udhampur with an expected turnout of around 2 lakh people.

This will be Yogi Adityanath’s first visit to JK. The BJP’s JK unit has mobilised party members from the Mandal level up to the district level to ensure maximum turnout.

Meanwhile, the planned election rally of Home Minister of India Amit Shah in Jammu on April 9 was postponed due to his busy schedule.
