The International Criminal Court’s prosecutor asked for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and top Hamas leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Karim Khan, the prosecutor, is targeting Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for crimes like “starvation,” “willful killing,” and “extermination.”
Khan stated that these crimes were part of a widespread attack on Palestinian civilians and continue today.
