Kulgam: An army personnel who was injured in intial exchange of fire in Kulgam succumbed to his injuries in a hospital on Saturday.
A top police officer told GNS that during initial exchange of fire one army personnel who was critically injured, succumbed to his injuries in a hospital.
Earlier, a exchange of fire took place between militants and armed forces personnel in Mudergham area of Kulgam after a specific input was received by the armed forces.
Till this report was being filed operation was still underway in the area.
