Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday said they have taken cognisance of a viral video from Kulgam circulating on social media, stating that deputy inspector general of police South Kashmir will conduct an inquiry and submit the report within 10 days.
In a post on X, police stated that a video had surfaced on social media concerning a police officer’s conduct with the public in Kulgam.
“We have taken cognisance of yesterday’s incident and the allegations regarding the officer’s conduct,” it said.
