Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front pays tributes to ‘recent martyrs’, delegation goes to Kupwara to express solidarity

Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has paid rich tributes recent ‘Martyrs’ Shaheed Dawood Illahi of Hawor Kulgam, Shaheed Sayar Wani Kulgam, Shaheed Shahid Ahmad Sheikh of Kupwara. Shaheed Altaf Ahmad Rather of Shupian and Shaheed Tariq Ahmad Butt of Barbugh Shupian who embraced martyrdom during last few days.

JKLF delegation comprising of Zahoor Ahmad Butt, Farooq Ahmad Dar, Syed Nisar Jeelani, Muhammad Azeem Zargar, Abul Aziz, Farooq Ahmad Jangali, Muhammad Amin and others visited Kexhel Kupwara where they participated in a condolence meeting held at the residence of Shaheed Shahid Ahmad Sheikh.

Delegation met with his bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them. While addressing a gathering there, JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt paid rich tributes to Martyr Shahid and others who embraced their lives for the righteous cause of freedom.

He said that these martyrs are our real heroes and their sacrifices will never go in vain. While condemning the recent arrest of JKLF district president Kupwara, Rafiq Ahmad War by police, JKLF leader said that a peaceful political worker is being harassed and intimidated by police which is highly condemnable.

Meanwhile JKLF has expressed heartfelt condolences at the demise of Muhammad Amin Wani of Dalgate who was close relative of JKLF zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal. While expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, JKLF prayed for his heavenly abode and also for Sabr-I-Jamil to his family.
