Just a month ago, a popular satirical Facebook page Humans of Hindutva (HOH) admin deleted the page after he claimed to have received death threats.
In a short farewell message, the page admin said that he had “no desire to end up like Gauri Lankesh or Afrazul Khan.” He also ‘congratulated’ Hindutva for “winning this David vs. Goliath fight.”
The phenomenon of targeting the families of political opponents by right wing Hindu trolls on the internet is not new.
When SnapChat CEO made comments that upset many in India, he was trolled, but there was one more person other than the SnapChat CEO, who was caught up in the turmoil and that was his fiancée Miranda Kerr.
