Srinagar: Militant outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba has extended ‘hearty congratulations and commendations’ to Kashmiri militants for freeing one of their fellows freed from the custody of Indian police.
In a statement to CNS, LeT chief Mehmood Shahsaid the incident was an outcome of close coordination and cooperation among various militant organizations and has left the Indian security with unforgettable humiliation.
Shah described this episode the apex of militants strategy, planning and commitment to their cause. “All who participated in this momentous operation deserve congratulations and high level of appreciations,” Shah said.
On Wednesday, the government informed that the FIR in connection with the shootout at SMHS hospital his been registered and the investigations have been taken up.
