At least seven journalists were killed on Monday in two bombing in the Shashdarak area of Kabul city in Afganistan when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives, reported the TOLO news.
An explosion had taken place at the very same spot earlier at around 8 in the morning. When the first responders and journalists arrived at the spot, the second blast took place.
AFP has so far confirmed that their the chief photographer in Kabul bureau Shah Marai was among those killed.

The identities of the other journalists have not yet been ascertained. The death toll in the blasts as risen to 21, Ministry of Public health informed.
