As the BJP is all set to emerge as the single largest party in Karnataka, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, in Shakespearean style tweeted:

The words ‘Et tu’ meaning ‘even you’ are generally used to describe surprise or dismay. ‘Et tu (Brute)’ line was spoken by Julius Caesar in a William Shakespeare play at the time of assassination of his friend Junius Brutus.However, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, who is in an alliance with BJP, congratulated them for their ‘stellar performance’.
