Srinagar: The armed forces resorted to vandalism and broke cars and windows of houses in the evening, on Tuesday, in the outskirts of Srinagar. In the Soura locality of Srinagar, many civilians alleged that the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) entered residential colonies and damaged properties.

Talking to Free Press Kashmir, an eye-witness whose car was damaged said, “After the CRPF was confronted by protesters on the main road, they entered the colony to vent out their anger. My car was outside and they damaged it as well.”
