Srinagar: Kashmir witnessed an overall overall 38.8 percent voter turnout in the final phase of Panchayat Polls.
The polls which started from 8am till 2pm were held at 452 polling stations in Kashmir.
Kupwara witnessed 53.6 percent, Bandipora 46 percent, Baramulla 38.9 percent, Ganderbal 20.9 percent, Budgam 38.8 percent, Pulwama 1.4 percent and Anantnag 24.8 percent.
