Amid escalation of tension between India and Pakistan, Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has said that ‘better sense must prevail and and the issues should be resolved through talks.
In his address, he said:

Speaking after two Indian jets were shot down across the Line of Control (LoC), the Pakistan premier said that given the situation that had emerged since yesterday, “I wanted to take the nation into confidence myself.”
“We offered investigation after the Pulwama attack,” said Khan , adding that, I have seen victims of terrorism and know how those belonging to the victims must be going through.”
Pakistan offered cooperation to investigate Pulwama attacks, “There was no dispute, we were ready too cooperate,” said PM Khan.
However he said that he had a feeling India would engage in aggression and misadventure.
“We did not retaliate against India because we did not know the extent of damage, today however we took action.”
