Srinagar: A joint team of Jammu and Kashmir police and Punjab police have arrested a Kashmiri student studying at Central University Bathinda in a ‘militancy related case’, on Tuesday.
Police has identified the detained as Hilal Ahmed, a student at Central University Bathinda.
Jammu and Kashmir police has arrested a student from Central University of Punjab in Bhatinda; an arrest warrant was issued against him on suspicion of him being involved in terror-related activities.
