At least 19 more persons were picked up by the Armed forces from three villages of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Tuesday night.
A police official said that the forces raided Gudoora, Newa and Parigam villages of the district in the dead of night and detained 19 persons.
The official said the the arrested persons were being quizzed for their alleged role in various stone pelting incidents in the area.
On Monday, Armed forces detained at least 21 persons in a nocturnal raid in Murran village of Pulwama district. The cops said that they were detained in relation with allegations of stone pelting.
