He won’t sustain for long in that cage, says JKLF Chief Malik’s sister

Srinagar: Family members of Yasin Malik, Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front on Friday said that he will not ‘sustain for long in solitary confinement.’

Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Malik’s sister said that they are ‘extremely worried’ about his well being.

“Why has he (Malik) been subjected to solitary confinement? We are extremely worried about his well-being. He won’t sustain for long in that cage,” said Malik’s sister.

She also added that if anything happens to Malik, the Government will be responsible.

A Delhi court recently sent Malik to judicial custody till May 24.
