Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday said that they arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militant at Qazipora in Budgam district of central Kashmir.
The militant was identified as Showkat Ahmad from Warpora DH Pora Kulgam.
According to reports, he was intercepted by police at a checking point carrying arms and ammunition. As per the police records, he was affiliated with militant outfit HM.
