Congress has hit out at Arvind Kejriwal over Covid-19 cases, with Ajay Maken, Congress spokesman saying that it is not the right time to open up Delhi.

“The Delhi government should have strengthened the health infrastructure before opening restaurants, shopping malls and borders,” Maken said in a virtual press conference. He targeted Delhi CM Arvid Kejriwal for lack of hospital beds for COVID-19 patients and tests, as reported by Hindustan Times.

According to a five-member committee set up to help the Delhi government in planning the health infrastructure,  there will be about 50,000 cases by the mid of June and by month-end one lakh cases.
