Srinagar: Armed forces personnel on Thursday detected an improvised explosive device (IED) near Watergam village of Rafiabad in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Official sources said that armed forces personnel detected improvised explosive device in a passenger shed at Watergam, in Rafiabad.
Soon after its detection, reinforcement of army’s 32 RR, SOG and CRPF was called to the spot.
“Bomb Disposal Squad has reached on the spot to assess the situation,” the official said.
