Srinagar: Authorities in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday said that Mughal road will be thrown open for two way traffic from September 25 (Friday).
According to an official, Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) sampling of down traffic shall be done at Bufliaz and then the movement will be allowed.
However, condition for inter-provincial movement permission from Divisional Commissioner shall apply for civilian movement, the officials added.
