Indo-Pak armies trade gunfire along LoC in Tangdhar

Srinagar: The armies of India and Pakistan on Monday exchanged gunfire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Tangdhar sector in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Official sources said that the “Pakistan army resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation along LoC today evening and fired mortars and other weapons.”

“Pakistan initiated an unprovoked ceasefire violation along LoC in Tangdhar Sector, Kupwara District today evening by firing mortars and other weapons,” officials said, adding that “befitting response is being given.”
