Rajouri: An armed forces personnel was killed while another sustained injuries during cross-border firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Lam Sub Sector of Nowshera in Rajouri district.
The cross-border firing on Line of Control took place at Lam forward area in Nowshera Rajouri, resulting in injuries to two armed forces personnel, official sources said. However, one of the injured personnel succumbed to his injuries later.
Official sources added that another personnel is being treated at hospital, adding that the armed forces personnel who lost life is of the rank of Havaldar while the injured is of the rank of Naik.
