Kupwara: An elderly woman died on Wednesday after she came under a snow slide in Trehgam village of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
An official said that the woman died on the spot in Shah Mohallah locality of Trehgam after she came under a snow slide from the rooftop of her house.
The official identified the deceased as Rahami Begum (81) wife of Late Mohammad Subhan Malik.
The official further said that after medico-legal formalities the woman was handed over to the legal heirs for last rites.
