Srinagar: The traffic authorities on Sunday evening announced that there will be no vehicular movement allowed on the Jammu-Srinagar highway, the only surface link connecting Kashmir with the outside world, on Monday.

Modifying its earlier announcement of allowing traffic from Jammu towards Srinagar and vice-versa, the traffic authorities said that no traffic can be allowed due to sudden damage of bridge at Kela Morh, Ramban. “There is no optional carriageway available,” the officials added.
