Pulwama: A 30-year-old man who was missing from last 24 hours was found hanging in an orchard at Goosu village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.
Locals told Free Press Kashmir that the deceased identified as Firdous Ahmad Wani, son of Ghulam Mohammad Wani, a resident of Goosu Pulwama, was missing since yesterday afternoon and was found hanging today in an orchard near his house in Goosu.
A police official said that they have taken the body for medico-legal formalities and a case has been registered in this regard.
Firdous, a driver by profession, is survived by a wife and two children.
