KU postpones all offline exams till May 2, main campus to remain closed till Wednesday

Srinagar: In view of the surge in COVID cases in Jammu and Kashmir, the University of Kashmir (KU) on Sunday postpones all offline exams till May-02.

The administration has also decided to close the varsity till April-28.

In an official communique, KU said, “All PG and UG offline examinations scheduled till May-2 remain postponed in view of the prevailing circumstances, even the administration has decided to close the main campus till April-28.”

“The decisions to close the varsity and postpone the exams were taken after detailed deliberations over the prevailing circumstances,” it reads.

KU also said that that online classes shall continue to be held by the teaching departments.
