Srinagar: A military operation against militants has started in Khanmoh area of Srinagar district on Monday.

Official sources said that a joint team of Police and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Khonmoh.
As the joint team of armed forces encircled the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them triggering the operation.
