Pulwama: An armed forces personnel shot himself dead with his service rifle in Koil area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama, officials said on Sunday.
Officials said that a Border Security Force (BSF) man shot himself with his service rifle at Koil airport in Pulwama
“The deceased was identified as Prem Prakash. Prakash was posted with BSF’s 33 battalion,” officials said.
Officials further added that soon after the incident, his colleagues shifted him to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
They said that investigation in this regard has been taken up. (KNO)
