Rajouri: Two armed forces personnel were injured in the ongoing military operation against militants in Thanamandi area of Rajouri district on Thursday morning.
An official said that the operation began after a cordon and search operation was launched following ‘suspicious movement’ in Karyote Kalas area.
He said militants fired upon the joint team of armed forces during the search triggering the operation.
The official added that two army personnel have sustained injuries, while more reinforcement has been rushed to the spot. (KNO)
