Pampore: Two militants affiliated with Hizb-ul-Mujahideen were killed in a military operation in Khrew Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday.

Police officials said that two Hizb militants have been killed so far and searches in the area are going on. The identification of the slain militants is yet to be ascertained, the officials said.
The operation began after a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
