Shopian: A militant was killed in an ongoing military operation in Kilbal area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district, police said on Saturday.

Police said that an unidentified militant have been killed in the operation. However, the identification of the slain is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier, the police officials said that a joint team of Police, Army’s 34RR, and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
