‘Babri’s Revenge’: Student booked for posting ‘objectionable’ video regarding Pulwama Attack

Srinagar: A student from Kashmir who is currently studying in Madhya Pradesh has been arrested by police for posting objectionable post on social media on eve of third anniversary of Lethpora attack.

Tufail Maqbool a student of B.com first year at SV PG college Neemuch Madya Pradesh had posted ‘objectionable’ video on social media regarding Pulwama attack.

College Principal said that the student posted a video of the slain armed forces personnel of Pulwama on social media and wrote ‘Babri’s revenge’.

He added that an FIR in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been taken up.

He said that said student who is studying under the Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme is under police custody.

He further added that a complaint has filed on behalf of college against student, and that local BJP youth leader also reportedly filed a complaint in this regard. (KS)
