Admin establishes helpline for Kashmiri residents, students stuck in Ukraine

Srinagar: Amid the Russia-Ukraine war, Divisional Administration Kashmir has established a helpline for the residents/ students of Kashmir who are stuck in Ukraine.

In case of any assistance from the administration, the concerned and their family members can contact on phone numbers viz. 01942457312 and 01942473135.

Pertinently, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which began last Thursday, has resulted in the killing of both civilians and armed forces from both sides.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has asked Russia to stop bombing cities before ceasefire talks could start. The first round of negotiations, held earlier this week, yielded scant progress.
